How Much Does Delivery Cost?
Shipping costs vary and are visible at checkout. Here are our standard rates:
UK Shipping: A flat fee of £2.90 for 2-3 business days and £3.90 for Next Day Delivery for a standard package of less than 1 kg weight.
If you are shopping from a region that doesn't allow you to check out, please send an email to office@reloved.co, and we will do our best to get the item shipped to you.
How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?
UK Orders: We aim to deliver most UK orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 1pm on a Thursday may not be processed until the following Monday.
What Shipping Method Do You Use?
To ensure you receive your Re-loved Timeless Styles order in the best condition possible, we have partnered with Evri. If you have a query relating to an order that has already been placed, please email office@reloved.co with your order number and/or tracking, and we will revert with the next steps as soon as possible.
