Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
If you are based internationally and wish to place an order, please contact us before purchasing at office@reloved.co . We may be able to accommodate international shipping on a case-by-case basis.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Shipping costs (where applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout.
Returns
We want you to feel confident when shopping with us so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Return conditions
Return requests must be submitted by email only to office@reloved.co
Requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date
Items must be returned in the same condition as received: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached
Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are our responsibility, provided the return is requested within the 14-day window
Returns requested after 14 days cannot be accepted
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs, and we will resolve the matter promptly.
